1) How much does it cost?
Prices vary according to the scope of the job and frequency of clean. Our standard regular service starts from £30* per visit (*price based on a small home or smaller area of a larger home)
A quick home visit is required in order to give an accurate price.
2) How can I pay?
We can take payment by cash, direct bank transfer or standing order.
3) What products do you use?
** PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID19 WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SUPPLY CLEANING PRODUCTS AND CLIENTS WILL NEED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN**
Most of our products come from a range by Jangro. These are professional standard cleaning products and are environmentally friendly.
We use vacuums from Numatic International with Hepa-Flo anti allergy dust bags.
4) What about your staff?
All our staff are fully trained in safe working practices and COSHH.
Our staff are not self employed, they are our company employees and fully uniformed. Our cleaners have been background checked with Disclosure Scotland.
5) Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured to carry out work in your home. We have Public Liability insurance for £5m and employee insurance for £10m.
We are also members of the Domestic Cleaning Alliance. The DCA is the UKs only Trade Association for the domestic cleaning industry.
6) How do you use my personal details?
In order to carry out Home Visits and provide a quote we need your name, address, email and a contact telephone number.
This information is used for the purposes of a home visit only. The details are not stored and we do not send email newsletters or other follow up marketing materials.
